Concrete often cracks.  It is recognized and experienced in various place.  In spite of all the best efforts of engineers, architects and contractors, structures develop cracks in unexpected areas.  Cracks on the concrete can cause leakage of water, expose steel reinforcement to oxygen and moisture hence leading to corrosion.

At ASCORP cracks are addressed carefully according to the nature of cracks by selecting the correct epoxy or polyurethane resins.  Special polyurethane injection pumps are used in executing the job.

A flexible protective coating on a concrete structure will definitely add extra life to the structure by resisting moisture and chloride attaching concrete then steel reinforcement which results in development of cracks or debonded concrete.

The process called guniting involves a mixture of cement, salt and water in a specific proportion, and shooting on to the surface of the repair by compressed air.  This method is useful for the rehabilitating or reconditioning of old concrete in huge volumes.
