ASCORP was formed in 1982 as an engineering and automation firm. Initial marketing was focused on automation and security. However, responding to business challenges of the 1985's, ASCORP successfully diversified into the industrial and commercial engineering and construction markets in the United Arab Emirates. In the 1990's ASCORP continued to expand as the client base became more diverse.

We have offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Alain. We have worked in almost all the Emirates and 6 foreign countries and are geared to travel when the opportunity presents itself. We are currently the largest contractor of our type in United Arab Emirates and ranked the third largest specialty contractor in the United Arab Emirates.

We specialize in the full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. The scope of our work includes the "self-performance" of fourteen broad divisions including Aluminum Fabrication, Concrete Cure, Concrete Precast, Construction, Emirates Villa, Entrance Technology, General Maintenance, K-Span Building System, Kitchen Cabinet, Stainless Steel, Systems Integration, Transport and Heavy Equipment, Woodwork and Interior Decoration and Wrought Iron.

We complete approximately Dhs.200 million total volume per year, including projects from Dhs.4,000 to Dhs.40 million. Nearly 60% of our work is the Design/Build, negotiated type on a "single-source," turnkey basis.

Our organization of approximately 800 people is complete in every detail including the professional engineering and technical expertise as well as the solid construction experience and support personnel to "fast-track" projects utilizing the highest skilled work force in our industry.

Our in-house MIS and CAD systems are also the most advanced in the industry and help us to better engineer, estimate, and project manage 1,000 projects per year. We also offer real time simulation of processes, material handling and facilities as part of our "self-performed" Design/Build services.
